We offer two one bedroom units adjacent to each other on the 32nd floor of this brand new Rockwell Primaries development in Kapitolyo (Capitol Commons vicinity), walking distance to high end malls, restaurants and bars. Easy driving access to The Fort, BGC (Bonifacio Global City) via C5 bridge. The views are stunning, and the space is serene and quiet whilst being in city center. The building boasts community area amenities including a swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, conference rooms and garden meeting areas.

  • Parking is available upon request and depends on availability for a separate fee.

  • The minimum stay for these units are 2 weeks. Special rates are given to stays over 30 days up to 4 months. Please reach out to inquire about longer term rental opportunities.

  • High speed wifi is available in all our units, as well as essential kitchen and living room items for a comortable stay.
